View ProjectsRay Graduated in 1987 from Memorial University of Newfoundland with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. Prior to establishing JBC in June of 2012, Ray was employed with BAE Newplan Group Ltd. / SNC Lavalin in various positions ranging from Design Engineer to Manager of the Structural Department. Ray also managed the Marine Group and oversaw many international port projects in countries such as Africa, Vietnam, South America, Greenland, and Saudi Arabia. Ray is a member of several professional organizations, including PEGNL and CISC and is a member of the Structural Review Committee of PEGNL.
